It all Begins Tomorrow...21 Days

I'm spending my Saturday at the church attempting to put the last minute touches on my message for tomorrow's Experience Celebration. I'm in the middle of a 4 week study on Worship, it's been great. I'm attempting to following the lead of the big guys and hand out message outlines each week. It's more work but I also believe it's more fruitful for the body.

Tomorrow starts our 21 Days of Consecration. I have mixed emotions...goodbye to my daily dose of caffeine and sugar compliments of Starbucks but h-e-l-l-o to the blessing of discipline. During the next 21 days I will sign off sugar, caffeine, processed foods, preservatives and sign on to fruit, vegetables and lots of soy.
I will also say hello to a more sensitive spirit to the voice, heartbeat and direction of the Lord. I look forward to that closeness and heightened sense of awareness of what He is saying to me for my personal life as well as direction for His children, which I lead...it's going to be AWESOME!
I also look forward to the focused and cooperative prayer that will be held during the 21 Days. The church will be open from 5am-9am and from 4pm-9pm M-F for the next 21 Days. We are inviting people to come and pray for 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes, whatever they can do. Great things are about to happen in our church.
I'll keep the world posted as to our progress during the next 21 Days! Until next time.

Experiencing the GREAT life!
